TriPyramid created a custom extrusion for the profile of these clamps. “Slices” of the extrusion were put through final machining operations and coated with an extremely durable fluoropolymer system.

Cable Assembly for Bridge
The Goethels Bridge vertical infill required 21,000 cable assemblies. Each features TriPyramid AS10-0188 ø3/16-inch 1×19 structural strand, with a fixed clevis on one end and an adjustable clevis and bushing on the other.
Canopy Castings
Stainless steel castings were electropolished and then bead-blasted for the final finish.
Standoff Assembly for Earthquake Zone
This assembly is concealed behind finishes at a commercial site in Istanbul, Turkey. It supports glass stair treads and is designed to slide +/-12mm in the horizontal direction while also providing all the typical installation tolerances.
Cold-Blued Steel Truss Assembly
These roof trusses are a combination of custom-machined end fittings and center nodes designed to work with elements from our A70 carbon steel rod product line. The end fittings conceal spherical adjustability to ensure easy installation on site. All components were cold-blued and clear-coated to match the architectural finishes in the space.
Bronze Door Pull Assembly
This door pull assembly is comprised of several fully-machined components in 464 Naval Brass. The parts were hand-finished and treated with a patina and clear lacquer.
Stainless Steel Clamp with Spherical Rod Seat
TriPyramid designed these custom stainless steel clamps with concealed stainless steel pins and spherical rod seats. The assembly allows the rods to adjust to match angular variations between a canopy spine and exterior walls.
Cable Clamp Longhorn
A machined, longhorn cable clamp is attached to a TriPyramid tension cable. The customizable longhorn supports Pilkington 905 glass fittings (W&W Glass).
Cable Net Wall Oval Patch Fitting
These cast stainless steel patch fittings weigh approximately 8 lbs and were purpose built for this project. The finish is bead blast.
Canopy Standoff with Cable Clamp
These assemblies of machined components, made of high strength 2205 duplex stainless steel, were used to support glass panels for an organically shaped canopy. The form of each glass panel required use of a variable node geometry, which TriPyramid optimized from 140 unique parts to only 25 distinct disc types for the final installation.
