Stair Stringers, Fabrication Jig

A sophisticated armature was required to fabricate the geometry of a stair stringer weldment to exacting tolerances. The FARO laser tracker was used to accurately position the arms of the jig for welding. This ensured easy installation of the glass balustrade, glass treads and stainless steel handrail which finish the system.
