Glass Façade, Apple Broadway Store
The glass façade for this store is made from some of the largest glass panels ever made, leading to a nearly structure-free store front. The glass wall system provides a shear wall and is also the vertical support for a large portion of the roof.
TriPyramid worked in a close collaboration with the whole design team to develop and supply the complex fittings which stitch the façade and roof glass together, making a monolithic structure out of these large pieces of glass.
