Televisa Cafeteria Entry Trusses

The entry porte-cochère for this building is a glass canopy supported by a series of stainless steel trusses.

As they are highly visible, the trusses form a lasting impression of the architect’s work before one enters the building. Stainless steel pipes form the upper truss chord and stainless rods from the A22 medium strength line form the bottom chord. TriPyramid worked with the architect to develop the details for the trusses, the horizontal connecting pipes, and the stabilizer rod assemblies, and then fabricated and shipped them to Mexico City.
